It was another great DIY game day at the house!
We searched through magazines for a picture of a map to use for our puzzle. Then I remembered we still had a little phone book, that was recently delivered to us. Who knew this was going to be useful?!..
We found a little timezone map to use. We ripped it out and Carter and I began to draw our puzzle pieces using a pencil. After the puzzle pieces were cut out it was time to cover them with laminating sheets-which I did not have. So we used clear packing tape on the front and the back of each puzzle piece and cut around the shapes, leaving a little border around each. This worked well!
Puzzle time! Carter has always liked puzzles and this was a fun way to show him how they are made.
